Common Issues
- Login or Linking If you linked Discord/Google/Apple and accounts look split, report the exact provider you used and your UUID from the app settings page.
- Push Notifications Make sure notifications are enabled in both device settings and app settings. If alerts still fail, send your platform (iOS/Android), token registration logs, and the time of the missed alert.
- Dashboard Problems If the web dashboard is stale, refresh once and sign out/in. If it persists, share browser + timestamp.
- Version Blocking If you see update required, install the latest app version from your store and relaunch before contacting support.

How to Report a Bug
Include enough detail so the issue can be reproduced quickly:
- Platform iOS or Android, plus app version.
- Actions What you tapped/ran right before the issue happened.
- Expected vs Actual What should have happened and what happened instead.
- Evidence Screenshot, screen recording, or logs if available.
Tip: Include your course index and the exact minute (local time) for missed notifications so backend logs can be correlated.
